Iranian Institutional Investors Association (IIIA)  aiming at promotion of public awareness and deepening market was established as self regulating, non governmental and non-profit body under supervision of Stock Exchange Organization on 4 Feb. 2008 under registration no. 22194. It is tried to reinforce role and position of institutional investors by forming and reinforcing self governing and endogenous strategies and increase public trust by getting help from institutional investors who are aware of and committed to vocational ethics. The purpose is to take step for market expansion and deepening and price transparency and for this purpose, we are about to provide necessary opportunities for free discussion and exchange and convergence of attitude of market elites. Association is centre of unity and achievement to general and safe purposes in order to express rightful requests and to follow up them. Association is mental room for expression and study of market strategic problems and problems relating to investment associations and it will receive opinions and participation of members and authorities by aiming at achieving to mental integration among the elites.
