 Membership conditions  

A- Applicants are admitted as members of the association under the following conditions:
1- Applicant should have equipped organizations, institutions, man power, technical, administrative and financial resources according to terms determined by Saba at the discernment of the Association" Board of Directors
2- Applicant undertakes to comply with provisions of Articles of association, vacationaland disciplinary terms and standards and other regulations of the association at any time.
3- Applicant undertakes to pay duly admission fee, membership fee and other expenses which have been determined and stipulated according to Articles of Association and bylaws of the Association.
4- Applicant undertakes to notify in writing any change in his Articles of Association to the association within a most one week of approval date.
5- Applicant undertakes to give necessary information to the association for ensuring compliance of the member with terms of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article and performance of other assumed tasks.
Note: agreement on membership of each applicant is subjected to approval of the Board of Directors.
B- Members of the association should pay admission and membership fee on the basis of terms of the association.
Note: ceiling of membership and admission fee of the members is approved by Saba.
C- In order to ensure that member and the affiliated persons comply with regulations, laws, Articles of Association and vocational and disciplinary terms and standards, the association can request each member for presentation of information or reports.
1- Except report of Board of Directors and annual financial statements, other information necessary for supervision of the association on the basis of terms will be received from the members, which will be approved by the association"s Board of Directors.
2- The member is obliged to give positive answer to requests of the association regarding presentation of reports and materials and in case of refusal to do this, he should accept its disciplinary consequences.
D- On the basis of supervisory regulations and laws and in order to promote quality of vocational services to the members, the association can supervise on the way in which members and his dependent persons comply with laws and regulations, enacted disciplinary measures, Articles of Association and other conditions and it can also request necessary information about activities, properties, finances, ledgers and other equities of the member by compliance with Art. 44.
1- Board of Directors is obliged to investigate the way in which member complies with regulations approved by the association at least every year.

 membership cancellation 

A- The association can reject request for membership of each applicant which is subjected to each on of the following cases:
1- If applicant doesn’t have qualification determined by the association.
2- in case that the membership has been suspended by Saba for performance of the ordinary activities or has been cancelled in market.
3-in case that he has presented confusing reports or has not succeeded in presentation of reports and documents with his request on the basis of important cases mentioned in application for membership.
B- Each member is permitted to withdraw from membership in the association. For this purpose, he should submit request of withdrawal to the Board of Directors one month before withdrawal.
1- Board of Directors is obliged to notify the result to the member within 1 month.
C- Membership will be canceled in case of voluntary withdrawal or dismissal and after cancellation of membership; the member will not be permitted to use title of membership in the association.
D- When a member is subjected to one of the following cases, the association having announced the member in writing can execute necessary disciplinary measures for this member with an approval of Board of Directors in the framework of disciplinary regulations after giving 15 day respite to that remember for verbal justification:
1- In case that member has violated vocational and disciplinary regulations, terms and standards and provisions of Articles of Association and other regulations and laws and approvals of general assemblies Board of Directors.
2- In case that he has not prepared notice or information specified in Art. 44 of Articles of Association or has prepared incorrect notice or report.
3- In case that he has prevented supervisors from working or refrained from supervision specified in Art. 45 of Articles of Association.
4- In case that he has not been able to pay membership fee or admission fee of the association in such a way that it has been specified by the association.
5- Type of the disciplinary measures specified in Art. 49 can include one of the following cases:
A (notice without inclusion in file), B (notice with inclusion in file), C (suspension), D (membership restriction) or (membership cancellation)
1- Limits of suspension and all the related cases will be included in vocational and disciplinary terms and standards of the association.
2- Even in case that membership has been suspended or limited, the member should comply with all his tasks as a member during this period.
3- Violating member can request for revision within 1 month of date of notice and submit his defenses in writing to the Board of Directors.
4- Request for membership the persons whose previous membership has been cancelled can not be mentioned in Board of Directors

 formulation of regulations of the association 

A- Regulations required by the association have been prepared at request of the association"s Board of Directors by committees, and specialized working groups or other competent experts and consultants and are given to Board of Directors to be investigated and approved. These regulations include:
1- Terms of membership in the association which are drawn up by compliance with chapter 3 of this Articles of Association:
2- Regulations of settling conflicts of the association"s members with each other or the concerned persons.
3- Regulations for hearing violations of the association"s members and determination of type of the violators" punishments
4- Regulations for supervising on function of the association"s members
5- Vocational and disciplinary terms and standards
6- Regulations of vocational ethics for the association"s members
7- Regulations of activity of the committees and specialized working groups
8- Regulations for the way in which the association settles in case of dissolution of the association.
9- Administrative, employment, financial and transactional regulations of the association
Regulations included in paragraphs 1 and 2 should be approved by Saba. Other regulations enacted by the association will not be executed in case that they are contradictory with law or regulations at Saba"s discernment. Disputes Settlement Board is formed in order to hear, to make comment and to settle conflicts in vocational conflict files of the members and other persons resulting from their activity and vocational violations of the association"s members and to complain against them or other issues which are transferred from Board of Directors to the said board.
